Steamed egg, white rice, and stew cooking

Hello, good day friends! It's another weekend again, and hope you are all having fun? Do have fun. I was home today and felt like eating white rice with stew and egg, but not the normal boiled egg you might know about, I decided to go for steamed 🥚.

As you can see, I blended my red pepper, tomatoes with sliced onions. Then I parboiled the rice, and after the rice is done, I made ditch the stew.

This is how I made the steamed egg;

I broke three eggs inside a small bowl and I add these ingredients; a half teaspoon of salt, one cube of Maggi, little blended pepper with sliced onions. I stirred it and poured it inside white nylon, then boiled it for five minutes (5) as you normally do boiling of eggs.

After it's done, I opened it, remove it from the nylon, and I use the kitchen knife to cut it into shapes and I started putting it inside the stew that I have already made. You can also serve it without putting it inside the stew, it's your choice tho, that is the method I normally use when doing steaming egg, it is something you will also like when eating and it's also easy to cook when you follow my procedures and I hope you will all try it, thanks for reading.
