400 grams boiled pasta
1 cup grated cheese
1 tsp ajwain
1 cup boiled corn kernels
1 tbsp butter
2 tsp black pepper powder
4 cups water
2 tsp cornflour
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp capsicum
200 grams broccoli
1 tsp garlic paste
Method.....................
First of all, put water and salt in a pan and put it on the gas and start it on medium flame.
When it comes to a boil, add corn, capsicum, red capsicum and boil for 5-7 minutes.
To make the white sauce, heat the butter on low flame. When the butter becomes hot, add garlic paste and cook for a minute with a spoon.When cooked, add cornflour and milk and prepare the mixture by stirring it with a spoon.
When the mixture becomes thick, add oregano, carom seeds, black pepper powder and salt and mix it well with a spoon. Add grated cheese to the mixture and keep it for a while.
When serving pasta, put white sauce in the pan and put it on the gas and add boiled vegetables, boiled pasta and mix it well and white sauce pasta is ready.
