    the architecture of this social network doomed to fail.
    no software that can stop greedy users, the good content doesn't appear when you enter steemit,
    it's all about money here, peoples prefer to write on reddit without money at all rather here(even they can earn some money on steemit).

    and you know what? Dan Larimer knew that, and that is why he left to EOS project at the perfect time.

      Try signup and you see why... Steem need more users. You can see a lack of comments because outsiders people can't wait seven days or don't want pay... Discovery content? No there!

      A solution: Guest Account(like steempress), Light Account(Steem Wallet Address for free), change trending parameter from payout to most most commented posts... It's will not fix all problems, but it's can be a good start...

      ya the signup sucks !!! really !!! but dtube and many other things are on the blockchain ... soooo with a few changes it may still do well ...The question is will anyone listen !!!!!!!!!!!!
