Windows 10 on phone's redemption?

At CES 2018 Razor unveiled Project Linda, a laptop shell that docks their Razor Phone as the heart of it all, while also acting as a track pad, second screen, speakers and fingerprint reader. Windows 10 now supports ARM and I believe this could bring real value to Windows 10 on phones, if done right that is.
