Windows applications on several POSIX-compliant operating systems, such as Linux, macOS, & BSD. Here is the way :
"Wine" (i.e stands for "Wine Is Not an Emulator") .
It is a compatibility layer.
Instead of simulating internal Windows logic like a virtual machine or emulator, Wine translates Windows API calls into POSIX calls on-the-fly, eliminating the performance and memory penalties of other methods and allowing you to cleanly integrate Windows applications into your desktop.
Wine 3.4 Released...............(March 16, 2018)
The Wine development release 3.4 is now available.

- More Vulkan support, including integration with the X11 driver.
- Better handling of privileged instructions on x86-64.
- Hex edit dialog improvements in RegEdit.
- Assortment of patches merged from wine-staging.
- Various bug fixes.
The source is available now. Binary packages are in the process of being built, and will appear soon at their respective download locations.
