Old-style hot chocolate

A perfect recipe to warm up on winter evenings. Cinnamon brings a very original touch to this simple recipe.

Ingredients (6 people):

10g of milk chocolate
1 cinnamon stick
200g of 70% dark chocolate
1 liter of whole milk or 1/2 skimmed milk

Preparation
Step 1 :
Heat the milk until simmering in a saucepan.
2nd step :
Cut the dark chocolate into squares and add them to the milk. Mix until melted. Grate the milk chocolate.
Step 3:
Add the chocolate cinnamon and let steep for 30 minutes. Serve hot, sprinkle with milk chocolate chips just before serving.

Homemade hot chocolate

Perfect for cold autumn and winter evenings but not that!

Ingredients (4 people):
2 tablespoons bitter unsweetened cocoa powder
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of cinnamon
100 to 150g of dark chocolate
75 cl of milk

Preparation
Step 1 :
Boil the milk with sweet vanilla and cinnamon.
2nd step :
When the milk boils, add the dark chocolate and bitter cocoa.
Step 3:
Whisk and let boil again.
Step 4:
Serve in mugs, with some small marshmallows, like our English friends :)

Hot chocolate caramel salted butter

A hot drink house very comforting ... a real treat.

Ingredients (2 people):
50 cl of milk
200g of dark chocolate
2 tablespoons salted butter caramel
Chantilly
Grated black chocolate

Preparation
Step 1 :
Heat the milk and dark chocolate to boiling, add the salted butter caramel and beat with a whisk.
2nd step :
Pour into a cup, add the whipped cream and pour a nice spoon of salted butter caramel on top, before sprinkling with grated chocolate.

Hot chocolate homemade black tea and matcha

A gourmet recipe for those days when you need comfort and warmth. And no need to choose between a cup of tea or hot chocolate: offer both in one hot drink!

Ingredients (2 people):
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder (optional)
Some chocolate chips and some matcha for decoration
100g of dark chocolate pastry
1 teaspoon of matcha tea
1 bag of black tea
40 cl of milk (animal or vegetable)

Preparation
Step 1 :
Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stop the fire and bake the tea for 5 minutes under cover. Remove the tea bag.
2nd step :
Put the pan back on the heat and add the chopped chocolate. Heat over low heat until the chocolate is completely melted. (Optional: add cinnamon to rain while mixing).
Step 3:
Pour hot tea chocolate into 2 separate mugs.
Step 4:
Mix the matcha tea in a little warm water. Mix.
Step 5:
Pour the matcha tea evenly over the top of the 2 chocolates.
Step 6:
Sprinkle powdered matcha tea and some chocolate chips for decoration.
Step 7:
Serve immediately and enjoy warm.
