The world that is coming ... is attainable now if one is open to the flow.

Rabbi Hizkiyah said, “Certainly whoever engages in this [namely, rising at midnight to study Torah] shares constantly in the world that is coming.”

Rabbi Yose asked, “What do you mean, ‘constantly’?”

He replied, “So we have learned: Every midnight, when the blessed Holy One arouses in the Garden of Eden, all the plants of the Garden are watered profusely by the stream called [92b] Stream of Antiquity, Stream of Delights, never ceasing. If one rises and engages in Torah, that stream, as it were, gushes upon his head, saturating him among those plants of the Garden of Eden.”

Rabbi Yose said, “Since all those righteous in the Garden listen to him, he shares in the saturation of that stream and in consequence shares constantly in the world that is coming.”

The wording "shares constantly in the world that is coming" resonates with the Zohar's description of Binah as "the world that is coming, coming constantly" (עלמא דאתי תדיר). See Zohar 3:290b. Moses de Leon in his Hebrew book Sheqel ha-Qodesh writes: עולם הבא תמיד (the world that is coming constantly).
