How to withdrawal my STEEM from my Steemit wallet to an exchange?

Hi there,

I've been holding onto my STEEM for years now and would like to cash some out, however, I'm unsure how to do so.
I see there's an option to convert my STEEM into SBD but after that, how can I withdrawal these funds to an exchange to be sold for USDT?
