Thanks for the post, very informative.

I had to be away from Steemit for a while due to personal reasons,
and some monthes laters as I came back I see things have not been better but worse.
Selfvoting and voting groups seem the new standard around here... Sigh..
It is like it is.
Thanks that you keep an open heart and keep up your standards of posting
