I want to test this out but I am confused .

If we want to just be a stakeholder (not a witness) where do we send our stake?

    If you want to be a stakeholder, buy Steem and power up. DO NOT SEND YOUR STAKE ANYWHERE, if you bought it, it is yours. You could always delegate Steem Power to a worthy cause.
