Quick witness update: Producing blocks on 0.20.2

I was already running 0.20.1 - accepting the changes on HF20. Core team released a new version 17 hours ago.

It has these two additional commits compared to 0.20.1.

• Add rc_api in any config that enables the witness plugin #2920

• Set the rc pools to 90% equillibrium at hf 20

Update went smooth. No replay needed.

HF20 will take place at 25 September 2018 15:00:00 UTC if the majority of the witnesses (17/21) accept it. This will be my first HF as a STEEM author and witness. Are you excited about the HF20? I am.
