Sponge ingredients: 4 eggs 200 gr sugar 200 gr wheat flour, sift 2 tsp emulsifier (SP / TBM) 1 sachet of milk powder dancow 65 ml of coconut milk 135 ml of water Vanilla, to taste Salt to taste
How to make a soft rainbow cake:
Beat using an egg mixer, sugar, emulsifier, and vanilla until the dough is white.
Reduce the speed of the mixer, then put the flour that has been sifted, milk powder, salt, and coconut milk and water. Stir until dough is well blended.
Prepare 3 containers, remove the dough and for the dough into three, give color to each dough in the container.
Pour some of the dough into the pan, the first color steamed for 15 minutes, then pour the second color dough, steam again for 15 minutes, and so on until the dough of all the colors runs out. The last steamed for 20 minutes with medium heat.
Lift, and Rainbow Cake ready for you to eat with family.
