She Hulk tries to play up the idea that women are angry all the time, 'cause men.

The premise of She-Hulk appears to be that Jennifer Walters, Bruce Banner's cousin, played by Tatiana Maslany (long may she reign), is a natural expert at being a Hulk because she has long since mastered her fear and anger.

See, she's a prosecutor, so she's constantly making enemies of very powerful people, who ... wait no that has nothing to do with her fear. She lives in constant abject terror because she's a woman. And if a woman exhibits evidence of feelings, she will usually be murdered by the nearest man.

So, anger. Again, as a prosecutor she's constantly dealing with evildoers who - no, again that's irrelevant. She's angry 24x7 because she's a woman in a world inhabited by men.

Also it looks like they spent their whole effects budget making regular Hulk look right and had nothing left for the main character.

I'm still holding out hope, though. Tatiana Maslany is just about saving this thing from its script. She's great.
