I am a woman and I am empowered by my Identity.

A lot has been has been said and done about "Women Empowerment" a lot of initiatives and some commendable work...

But aren't we only addressing the symptoms??

How about changing the mindset that "women need to be empowered"

We say Men and Women are equal then why is it that women need to be empowered?

Women are not weak. Women don't lack anything then why are they told that they are weak and they need to be given equal opportunities.

Isn't it us who are at fault? Isn't it the Mindset that makes everyone believe that women need to be empowered...

Isn't it time that the society needs to be "Empowered" to think different and change their "mindset"?
