Every age has its difficulties; probably the two key moments of discomfort for the woman's health, in the phases of life, are the period of rebalancing after maternity and age between 50 and 60 years. Different moments but both very difficult, marked by the word change: physical, social, mental, hormonal.

Women have always had a well-defined social role; they were the real managers of the family, those who by the direction of domestic life were "turning" the family. Women were not only this though: they have always been the source of inspiration for men, the muses that gave exclusively to the lucky few the feeling of feeling really alive.
Today the situation has changed a bit. We must not necessarily say worse, always. Let's say that today there are different difficulties with which even the female universe have not found the right way to compare and impact the health of women.

Emancipation, a child of equal opportunities, of equal rights and duties, of the general raising of the expectations of our society and the distortion of social, ethical and traditional taboos, mean that women also take to the field in the arena of work competition and social affirmation, outside the traditional roles of mum, manager of the family.

However, it becomes difficult to make everything fit together, but above all, there is a misunderstanding of man-woman equality. When they are not on the same level, they are not one better and the other worse, they are simply different, extremely different, complementary beings, both need each other to enhance themselves, they will also be able to interpret the same roles, wanting, but with different styles, with a different soul.

The ineffable nature of being a woman is perhaps well represented by the crystal: it shines with an intense light, sparkling dazzling, solid beauty, elegant but tremendously fragile, ready to go into pieces. The beauty of crystal has always been often brutalized in its fragility by man's physical arrogance that even today as in the past it can often have attitudes of physical and psychological violence, insinuating that the fragility of the crystal is weakness and inferiority. It is the story of the news pages of our days, where we find again anecdotes of how aggression and sometimes a real brutal animosity are the only forms of interaction with which men react to this situation of relational chaos between hardship and instability.

What happens to the woman's health at the age of 50? Why is it difficult to be happy? How is their discomfort made?

  1. IT IS NOT BEAUTIFUL WHAT IS BEAUTIFUL, BUT IT IS BEAUTIFUL WHAT YOU LIKE ... IN YOURSELF the woman should be able to make her a slogan: it is not beautiful what is beautiful but it is beautiful what pleases itself. That is to be able to please and find affirmation, whatever the thing and the environment in which they seek it, we must first and foremost just like it.   2. BE DIFFERENT, BE WOMAN! Do not deny your nature, appreciate it and enhance it, without pursuing fashions or social status: every woman, everybody, makes history to itself: we must rather defend our essence from the assault of the myth of perfection and equals: the dress and the right way for everyone.
  3. MEN AND WOMEN ARE NOT EQUAL to not compete with men: women are simply different, value differences.
  4. ONLY THE BRAVE! Do not turn fears into weaknesses but recognize that fearlessness would not exist.
  5. IT TAKES CALM AND COLD BLOOD. Do not express anger and aggression in response to anxiety: it will not make us stronger but will be the subject of misunderstandings and in the end, yet another sense of guilt.
  6. CHOOSE TO LIVE IN LIGHTNESS to live lightly, avoiding to always have in mind goals to be achieved and exams in which to be promoted: women are not more or less something, they are simply an essential essence.
