Eyewitness: "They're just letting them burn." Woolsey Fire "firefighters" not fighting fire

A man name Norton wonders why "they're just letting them burn." The media reporter says "it's just a helpless feeling." You would think there would be more firefighters fighting the fires. Almost like there waiting for the fire to engulf homes. I saw this in the reporting of the aerial laser created fire of norther Californian Santa Rosa. It looks like more economic warfare fires purposely set. Probably to raise insurance premiums for years, on the rest of the nation. As these NWO insurance companies scam others to cover their claim costs and make more profit off of peoples tragedy. This gives them reason to raise rates on everyone and turn a huge profit on these false flags.
