How to name a company, new business?

I've heard that the name should be quite short and it will be good if one vowel will be repeted.
So here I am with the name WEBLOO. ( I am web designer)
As I am not the native speaker I would like to ask you if you have a good connection to this name.
What come into you mind when you hear WEBLOO?
