6 out of 7 mornings we get up early and turn our bedroom into a classroom for my wife. She teaches English to Chinese kids with a company called VIPKID. I can't say that it is fun to get up at 5 to do this but right now it is our most important income.
Early mornings are not fun but her working on Beijing means that she is done when the kids get up so it has minimal impact on our day. And working for VIPKID is supposed to be the best company for home-based work according to Forbes Magazine. You can read the article Work From Home 2018: The Top 100 Companies For Remote Jobs.
For a job where you make your own schedule I have to agree that it is pretty great. Right now it is the one thing that enables us to continue our traveling life.
