耀出璀璨的光芒。假如在生活和职场中,你能通过找方法解决了一件或几件别人解决不了的问题,你就能很快地脱颖而出,并获得更多的发展机会。
本文就不列举名人轶事了,我就列举一个曾经发生在我身边的案例:
2012年,我供职于一家综合型商城,一大早,商城刚开门营业,3楼突然燃起熊熊大火,好在是早晨刚开门营业,商城的3楼并无客户,只有商户的员工。
经过消防员3个多小时的奋力救火和救人,大火最终被扑灭,里面的员工无一伤亡。就在当地媒体记者纷纷到场时,一位双手高举一张大字的商城导购员出现在所有人的视野中,只见上面写着两行大字:我是某某商城,某某品牌的某某某,我和公司的某某牌服装安然无恙,非常感谢救援我们的消防员同志,你们辛苦了!
当她高举这样的牌子出现时,立即就被多家媒体的镜头纷纷对准拍了起来。一时之间,她成为了那场大火事件的焦点。那段时间,她在我们那个城市成为了街头巷尾,茶余饭后人们谈论的焦点。
这件事不仅仅只是产生了舆论焦点,而且还产生了经济效益。由于媒体效应,商城的客流量由此大幅度提高,而且那个导购所在的品牌服装销量一时之间也提高了不少,很多客户慕名来到商城,专门跑到她所在的服装店找她买衣服。
不仅如此,由于商城客流量大幅增加,每天都有无数个电话打进商城咨询租赁商铺的事宜,库存商铺不到3个月的时间,便被一抢而空。
2012年年底,那位导购在被商城授予“优秀导购”的同时,她也跳出小天地,被商城正式聘任为商城运营总监。
这位导购的案例,证明了一个道理:那就是在任何组织或单位,能够善于抓住身边的危机,主动找方法解决问题的人,是最容易脱颖而出的。
合理的方法能为个人的发展奠定基础,更能为所在的组织创造最直接,最大的效益。哪个公司的领导能不格外的重视想方法帮单位解决问题的员工。

This incident not only generated the focus of public opinion, but also produced economic benefits. Due to the media effect, the mall’s passenger flow has greatly increased, and the sales of the brand clothing where the shopping guide is located has also increased a lot for a while. Many customers come to the mall admiringly and go to her clothing store to find her to buy clothes. .
