We live together in two worlds

We live together in two worlds.

• The external is the world of circumstances and situations" that happen to us.
• The inner are our thoughts and reactions.
  These are two different, independent worlds. We make a huge mistake by thinking about them as one.

Here is an example. You are at home with your loved ones. The outer world consists of you, your relatives, your home furniture, the walls, and everything you see around you. It's all part of the outside world.
But you are at the same time in the inner world. Perhaps at the moment you are at home, but your thoughts are out of the house. You think about the office, the work you need to do, the boss who has given you a difficult task to finish, how you can do it faster and a number of other things outside your home. Are you seeing in your thoughts you are elsewhere, in another world with other problems or expectations. They create emotions that influence us in the outside world.
That is why I tell you that we all always, but always live in two different worlds, and the outside world reflects our thoughts and emotions created by the inner world. Or the outside world is a mirror of the inner world.
