My city (City of Yellowknife) lit up their Somba Ke park with blue lights tonight, to celebrate World Autism Awareness Day. I thought I would do the same.
Tonights run was across Frame Lake and around Jackfish Hydro.

I felt really strong and fast on this run, which is at the bottom, the only important consideration for me with my training goals.
Garmin Connect said that it was a 3.2 (Improving Aerobic Fitness) and my average HR was my MAF number (136) so a bit 'hot'.
