In wine-growing places, a rattle is usually set up, which is also a harbinger of the coming autumn. Winegrowers place it with the intention in their vineyards to repel birds.
The rattle is basically a mechanical device made of wood, and they are used to chase starlings out of the vineyards so as not to eat the grapes when they do.
It is set on a high wooden pole, the wind serves as its propellant to make the sw rotate and rumble.
On photography is rattle placed in the city so everybody can see how does it looks.
