Common chanterelle (Latin name Cantharéllus cibárius)
As I go regullary to the forest, I found a lots of Chanterelles. I want to share with you photographies and recepie.
Ordinary Chanterelles can be white, pale, orange and also amethyst colors, I personally know oranges and I pick them in the forest here.
I recognize her immediately after the prominent orange color, the lath-like leaves winding down the beta.

The hat when unfolded has a wavy edge, in the middle the hat is slightly indented, the surface is smooth and is intensely orange-yellow.
Bet is cylindrical, hard, slightly narrower towards the ground, smooth and orange as a hat.
The flesh of this mushroom is white, has a pleasant smell and a very good taste.

They grow in groups, under trees under both deciduous and coniferous trees, and can be harvested from early summer to late autumn.
It is edible and good.

Recepie:
I clean the chanterelles and cut them into flakes, as you can see in the plate, melt the butter in a pan, fry the onions until glazed and add the mushrooms and fry until they become soft. Salt them and add the scrambled eggs. While stirring, bake for a few more minutes to brown the eggs.
For me personally, this is the best recipe.
