Dark evenings, a coffee and your memories
And I get lost among them
Dreaming of that world
Which for me was perfect

But as a dangerous dam
I never get to see the crack
And now everything is flooded
I decided to surrender and die drowned

But fate has another plan for me
I do not know what it is but I could not die
Float to a shore, a cloudy beach, a hidden sky
Uncertain future for a restless present

Dark evenings, with another coffee and silence
I do not think of you as before
You no longer hurt like before
I do not know what we were like when we were one

Now, it's not so dark the afternoon
Now, the future is not so uncertain
I already control the present
But you always find a way to get into my mind.
