Escape from In-Between

in writing •  8 years ago

In between the emotions and the rage
In-between the what could have been’s, what should have been’s and where to now’s
In-between the morning sun and the rest of yesterdays tomorrows
Those remain the walls of our cage of in-between

Surrounded great company
The harmonious voices of the sorrow, wallow and pity allow us not to lack company for we keep them closer than friends
Is it not time for us to make an attempt and see if the bars of in-between can bend?

Remove the cataracts of vigilante freebees and visual aids that blind us from our faith
break the bars of in-between, lets rally our escape.
Find certainty find hope and grow crops on their field
Then live in abundance of their overflowing yields

In-between, no never more
Unless you choose that fate
For the judge and jury of your conviction
Is resting at your own gate.
