Ever had days you woke with zero motivation to even stand up?
You're not sad
You're not broken
You just don't feel nothing??
I've been having a lot of Nothing days lately and sitting here right now, I realise this often happen when we have over hauled our brains over time with thoughts... the thoughts vary
It could be about a project You're yet to yet funds for,
Or a pressing need that has to be met
Or the feeling of not hitting all the goals you slated out for a specific period of time,
Or maybe You're single and it gets lonely sometimes,
It could be just about anything!
When these thoughts come, we tell ourselves we are okay, sometime we ignore these emotions or distracts ourselves with other things.
But the subconscious doesn't... we all have what we depend on for our self worth and values.
But it's okay, part of what makes us human i guess! Next time you're faced with a Nothing day, just breathe through, it's okay to feel a certain type of way per time, as long as you don't stay there too long but be human enough to recognise your Nothing days and just breathe without extra pressure.
