WHY DOES NOT THE BEARD GROW AS YOU WANT?

Hello Steemit community. In the next post I mention some tips for you you have asked the question why you do not grow your beard as you want: Why do not you grow your beard? Before you are born, the type of facial hair that you will have is programmed into your DNA. It is hereditary like the color of the eyes or the skin tone. This does not mean that you are going to have the same beard as your Father / Brother because sometimes genetics do unusual things by "jumping" a generation or two, that is: it comes from the mother instead of the father as many people believe. In this case it is best to identify at what points of your face grows regularly to take advantage or simply resign to shave. But it is important to understand that you can not change the growth pattern of your beard.

The Age Influences

It is almost impossible to wear a dense and thick beard when you are under 25 years old. Your body makes hormones such as testosterone that, among other things, control hair growth. To grow your beard for the first time, your body has to transform a small percentage of testosterone into another super potent substance called DTH (dihydrotestosterone). This substance is responsible for making your facial hair grow. The problem is that this process is not something that can be accelerated or forced, there is no exact time or date for the start process, and it is also not interesting to have more DTH substance circulating in your body since this hormone is responsible of baldness.

On the other hand, as with baldness, the absence of hair on the face is also due to a genetic issue that, together with other factors, can trigger in the total absence (or irregular growth) of the beard in some points of the face as well as in our head originated by a genetic factor of the X chromosome.

I have five years on this current growth. And have consistently had a beard since I was 14yrs old. I'm 34 now.

Genetics reign supreme when it comes to growing a nice thick beard. But there are ways to assist your body into producing decent facial hair. Vitamins, supplements, and your overall health in general can also influence the way your facial hair is grown.

Thank you for this post. I think I have found my purpose for being here.
