"Do not be afraid" (to be yourself)

Do not be afraid,
Do not be afraid to be who you are.
You are Not your brain, you are your heart.
That is where your
Real Self, your real essence resides.

The Egyptians new this;
When they embalmed their mummies,
They saved the Internal organs, embalming them,
Including the heart,
And placed them in separate Canopic Jars
To be buried with the mummy.
But they used a
Hook, inserted up through the nose,
Broke the brain up into pieces, then pulled them out and
Discarded them.

When you are faced with Adverse events or conditions,
Let your
Mind provide you with data, with
Options; let your heart decide
What to do.

Do not be afraid.
Do not be afraid to be who
You are,
You are not your
Brain,
You are your soul,
It resides in your heart.
