Let me share this with you while taking a break from doing music.
It's almost the end of the first month of 2018 and I know most of us had goals this year but haven't taken action or seen any movement. I was one of those people for years who would have a new resolution at the last days of December then get disrupted by things that I need to do in order to survive and then the loop keeps on repeating itself.

80% of the things we do are busy things that we do in an area that is not effective. An average person only spends 20% of their time doing things that they gifted and passionate about and the rest of it are the things we do in order to survive.
At the begining of this year I've decided to switch those numbers around and spend 80% on the things that I was created to do.
One of those things was music. Two years ago I didn't know how to do most of the melodies and songs that I have produced so far because I was lazy and kept on procrastinating when it comes to learning.

All of us have brains and energy to do extremely well in this life and the two things that can hold us back is lack of education and your habits.
Being lazy is a choice and you can easily kick the habit. We also need to be careful with our own words. We need to stop saying that we cannot do something.
Never say I can't and always ask yourself How can ? because the solution is always there.
**I wrote down a goal this year and took action and I have proof right here on Steemit from the introduction of the music that I posted on dsound.
Another thing that has been pushing me to go forward is confidence and when you have that, you get to do whatever is needed to be done by you.
It took me years to learn music independently and I've applied everything I've learnt so far. There's a lot of things that we capable of doing but we don't know yet.
Let's make this a successful year and achieve our dreams so that when the year ends we will look back and see how much progress we have done so far.
Let's make 2018 a successful year and there's too much to learn when we invest in ourselves.
