The Power of the Mind.

We often underestimate just how powerful our minds can be. We hear stories of people undertaking impossible feats, or surviving in some of the toughest conditions. In these miracle stories there is often an underlying thread, the will, the power of the mind to perservere.

So if the mind has the power of greatness, does it not also have the power of creating difficulties & pain in our lives?

Disciplining the mind, through consistent practice, through observing thoughts & re-routing our habits as well as rewiring our past conditioning can allow for a sharpness we may not have experienced before.

Ultimately the mind is a tool, to be used in a way which adds value to our lives, not detracts from it.

What is your mind like? Is it a string of uncontrollable thoughts which spiral downward? Is it a collection of thoughts keeping you trapped in the past?

Or is your mind a sharp tool? A disciplined mind? One with the potential of creating a life clarity.

We can be the observer and the master of our minds, rather than the slave to it.

How will you master your mind today?
