Yoga is definitely great! However more cardiovascular exercise and light weight strength training may be more efficient... unless you are doing more advanced yoga! Swimming, running, even burpees may be more efficient than just yoga when it comes to those regions. Yoga is definitely great to do for a large number of health benefits.
