WWE Extreme Rules 2017 features Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and Finn Balor battling Raw's top stars with a Universal Championship match against Brock Lesnar on the line.
But for Monday Night Raw, Extreme Rules is about more than just who walks out with a Universal title shot.
Raw has lost more than one million viewers since WrestleMania 33, a result of the loss of part-timers and poorly written storylines that have turned fans off to the product. Extreme Rules is just the second PPV since then, but in the aftermath of the "Superstar Shakeup," it is truly the first chance for fans to see what Raw has to offer with its new look roster.
