We've have this Wyze camera for a bit more than a month now, and it has completely failed after getting set up and working.
I did some initial tests with the camera here in the house and then looking out into the neighborhood. I was impressed with the resolution and how easy it was to access from my iPhone.
I then decided to move the camera downstairs to a better vantage point viewing out a front picture window. Now the camera will not connect or recycle/reset to get it back to working.
The camera is still on the same wi-fi network and nothing more has changed other than the location of the camera.
To compound matters, I'm unable to log into the Wyze website to trouble shoot the device. Their website gives me an error message that my email address is not valid, even when I attempt to reset my password. This is curious as they have corresponded with me via email several times and as recently as today.
What had initially turned out to be a gem of a tech find has turned into a tech bust.
