自我管理历程:安排作息计划——>跟申哥学习GTD——>李笑来做时间的朋友——>今天感悟
原因
就像人脑不适合做概率分析一样(虽然对决策很重要),也不适合做时间管理,不管是好奇心、身体因素、外界突发因素还是心理因素,都在不停地错综复杂地影响着人脑,从而导致注意力不集中。往往前一分钟特别想做的有用之事,后一分钟就被其它琐碎无用之事覆盖了。降低了时间利用率,浪费了有限的人生光阴,抓不住内心一件件细小的想法,就会渐渐迷失自己,无所适从。
模型
人的情绪和精力也是像波一样高低起伏,当处在低谷时我们需要放松如听音乐、散步等,但是音乐听多了也会腻,所以这些只是走出低谷的手段,当好转时还是要进入正题:给身体上发条(元认知收集内心的想法——>时间管理安排or修改具体计划),这是一个重复迭代的纪律性过程,也是积累阶段,直到get到了某个点或者是某件事情,发条上满,储蓄的能量启动,进入心流状态,此时忘记了时间当然也就跳出了时间管理,以个人经验来看,进入心流的事情成功率非常高,这是最享受的时光,然而一切有来就有去,高潮的结束伴随着不适,如无聊、失望、迷茫......准备进入下一个周期。
得到(知人论事)
1、认识到自己目前所处的周期阶段,多试着去判别他人的周期。(反观内心,知行合一)
2、缩短自己的周期时间,增加心流频率:发条的韧性(学习能力)和拧发条的速度(高强度)。(修炼周天)
3、多输入和输出,来增加元认知的判断力;(认知眼界)
4、重构巩固好的习惯来克服大脑身体的本能;(打通任督二脉)
5、探索牛人(修炼境界)
