I don't think that sports can be even compared to caligraphy or kung fu. Both permits to each to full fill himself. There is no limitation but one body. And all bodies can achieve mastery, their is no limitation, each specificity can be expressed. fully. I compare to sports where quickly each sport requires a specific body. I can't be michael phelps in swimming or the jamaican runner how hard I train, or what ever I do. However with the same experience in kung fu, I can kill them both.
