Surround yourself with souls and music that can help you raise your vibrations. I am a witness to people who have healed themselves and help others heal themselves. There is not always a cure but there is peace love acceptance and understanding even in our darkest most isolated moments there is an infinite source energy loving us and guiding us to be at peace, with ourselves and the world around us. I know this from personal experience and this light source energy is within and without. It is infinite and no bank or one human owns it or can steal it from us.
