#YogaChallenge Day 29! | “Chakra Flow” - Because Moving Meditations are Awesome!

I'm not going to lie to you, I didn't want to practice today. I mean, I wanted to move my body and feel good, but we came back from a long day in town with an AWESOME Christmas present from @teamhumble and literally ALL I wanted to do was play. Plus it's pretty damn cold again and I just wanted to be cozzzzyyyyy...

Still, while some updates downloaded, I grabbed my mat and all my little bits and pieces for yoga and headed down to my little spot in the laundry room. I mean, I'm not going to cop out on day 29 for goodness sake!

This class was really REALLY great. I'm for sure keeping the video on my phone to be able to come back to it. I know all yoga is said to be a moving meditation but this one LITERALLY was.

It takes you through each chakra, explains what they are, asks you to focus on the color of that chakra and works that area of the body- deep stregnthening and opening poses all around.

I left feeling like I could take on the world, but I also feel like this could be an awesom anti- anxiety and centered grounding practice as well. You have to try it to see what I mean--would highly recomend!-- Welp! that's it for me friends, I've got games to play and warm cozies to be had for the evening. Until tomorrow (OMG DAY 30!!?!?- how should we celebrate??!)
