Just saw a photo of Yoko Ono with a list of the things she likes to be called. One of them was "peace activist".

By her standard, EVERYONE is a peace activist. Proclaim your position against war, say often and in public that EVERYONE should be against war, and -- with wagging finger -- announce those who are NOT against war, and the wars they started, fought, and WON (winning is proof of their immorality and bad character, you see).

Jordan Peterson says you have to be dangerous to be a real man. A dangerous man who restrains himself for others' sake, that's a man to be admired. Naturally, if you are NOT dangerous, then there is no implicit threat, and your words are simply ignored. You achieve nothing. Your words mean nothing. Reagan agreed with Peterson, and he called it "peace through strength". The implied threat brings attention and respect.

Yoko is a peace activist whose words mean nothing, and who is universally ignored by those who could be moved toward a meaningful peace. She carries no implied threat. There is nothing to be lost by ignoring her. No risk. Personally, I believe NOBODY in the business of leadership, political power and strength pays ANY attention to her.

Yoko Ono is a peace activist in the same way she is a singer; because others are too polite to say what is true.

(Only Yoko could sell a single ticket to the performance mentioned in the caption above. She's like Hillary; it's all about who she married.)
