you/we already made it, celebrate the awe of just being here more.

As I took a walk through the forest today, with the blue tits flitting about and the falcons deep gut sounding out calls -- I realized how incredibly lucky I am to be able to even experience this at all, even now i feel I’ve already won at this thing called, life.

I’m writing this out on my mobile right now with the native keyboard and I’ve taken a copy of snaps of where I’m sitting - I know @dayleeo will know where this, this exact spot because we sat here a few times when we took walks out in winter times.

The woman in the shop said she always saw me positive and upbeat, has not ever seen me down (I’m always upbeat there I guess because food!) and felt today she needed to remark on it, kinda strange as we normally just exchange chit chat — i guess contentment is a much in demand resource.

I mean let’s look at some basics for a moment — I’ve got a place to live, food in my belly, a partner that loves me, a wonderful daughter and I’m happy to be here in this time to experience all that the universe decides to offer me, I’ve kinda already won.

Anything else is just gravy.

in fact, it got me thinking of how i could frame this with audio and video and it just popped in there like magic -- this is all you need to know.. .
