How the rest of the world lives

This video is pretty fascinating. The website seems like an amazing way to develop some perspective - it's all too common for those of us in the most developed countries to fail to realize just how good we have it, to see ourselves far lower on the ladder than we are.

interesting information, thanks for sharing
I will reflect on the content of the video.

Great video, I think Ted talks are slightly underrated, I would have loved to see more of them shown in schools while I was there.
It's so spot on though, sometimes you think your at the bottom of the ladder if you have lets say a minimum wage job or something similar, but even just the fact of you having that minimum wage job and not ever having to worry about freezing for starving to death already puts you so high up that ladder. Hard to take a step back every once in a while

This is wonderful. Thank you for sharing this information about how much we all around the world are so much alike. It indeed is our economic standing that makes the real differences among us all and not so much our national origin.

The oligarchs and plutocrats of the world probably do not like this TED Talk at all as it is designed to bring us all together! Understanding and battling the real enemy which is ignorance, is what will truly make our world a better place.

Once again thank you for finding and sharing this real eye opening information. As always my best to you and your family. Have a great week!
