This video demonstrates a cool trick that will show you how you can post in multiple Facebook groups at the same time without being stopped by Facebook or placed in spam.
The only disadvantage is that it appears the multiple group posting only works with sale posts. Therefore, if you create a sale post for whatever it is that you are posting then you should be able to post it to any other groups that have a sale post option.
