Like u said most important thing right now is communication. The community needs some discrepancy about the current issues and the future of the platform, and most of all to believe them, that they actually tackling the issue of child exploitation. Passionate and beautiful piece.

Technically as a YouTube user i am not even informed at all.
Why should i have to make a Twitter account to get information i refuse to do that.
Also reading actual news reports have no statements at all from their side while so far this is the biggest scandal of 2019.
YouTube is now pulling in over 1.8 billion users every month and they deserve at least some real response.
And by that i mean an actual person speaking about the issue and not an anonymous person tweeting behind their keyboard.
Those tweets even look like a copy paste they have been using for years.
