To make the vegetable, heat the pan and put 1 table spoon oil in it. When the oil is heated, put the broken soya chunk in the pan. Fry them till they turn light brown on medium flame continuously. Once the chunks are light brown, add 1 cup of water and cover them and let them cook till the water is finished on a low flame. Run them in the middle and check them out.

In the meantime, prepare the tomato masala. Heat a pan on the gas. Pour the remaining oil in the pan and heat it. Add cumin seeds in hot oil and slow the gas. After that, add asafoetida, turmeric powder, coriander powder and fry the masala lightly. Then add tomato-green chilly-ginger paste and red chili powder in the spice. Fry it while stirring the oil from the spices in a slow and medium flame. After this, add Kassoori Fenugreek in the spices and roast it continuously.

Mix the mixture with the roasted masala in the water after drying and after flowering it. Also add chopped spinach, salt and garam masala. Mix all the ingredients well. After that, cover the vegetable with 2 to 3 minutes and let them cook.

After 3 minutes, check the vegetable. If the vegetable is showing light water, then let it cook for 1 minute and open. Run the vegetable in a little while. Mix the chopped green coriander in the curry and mix it. The vegetable is ready. Take it out in a cup.

Garnish the vegetables with green coriander. Parent Soya Chunks is ready to serve Bhurji. Serve this vegetable with chapati, naan, paratha, rice or anybody. Sufficient enough for 4 to 5 family members in the form of so-called vegetable side dish
