Heat pan on gas, add urad and gram dal and fry it on medium flame.
When the color of lentils becomes golden, take it out in the plate.
Now add curry leaves to the pan and fry them. Turn off the gas when it becomes crunchy and shrink.
After this, pour urad dal, gram dal, green chilli, coconut, curry leaves, tamarind paste, salt and one spoon water in the mixer jar.
- Then put a lid of jar and grind it by setting it on the mixer.
Grind the ingredients and make a fine sauce. - Now remove the sauce in the bowl.
- Heat oil in pan for tempering in chutney. Add asafetida and mustard in it.
When the rye starts to crack, turn off the gas. Now mix this dalake in chutney and mix it. - Ready curry leaves sauce Serve it with chila, utpam, dosa and also with a dish or snacks
