Egg Fry Recipe

4 eggs Steamed 2 green chilies 1 onion 1 tomato 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp red chilli 1/4 tsp garam masala 2 tsp oil 2 tsp coriander leaves according to taste

To make egg fry first take the boiled egg and peel them. Now with the help of knife, divide the egg between two parts. Cut all the eggs in the same way. Take the onions, tomatoes and green chilies, grind them into fine powder.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it. Pour onion, tomatoes and green chili paste in hot oil and roast it well. Mix turmeric, red chilly and garam masala and mix it.

After doing so, mix all the mixture well. When the masala is rinsed, add chopped egg pieces and mix well with salt.

Leave the mixture for 2 minutes to cook the mixture. Run in the middle center so that your spice and mixture will not burn.

Close the gas after some time. Your delicious and delicious egg is ready to fry, put the coriander leaves on top of the plate, and do all the surveys.
