In today's post i'll show you how to make my zabayonne this rich italian dessert is absolutely divine with a few ingredients this is a sweet treat everyone will rave about oh did
i mention that i put my own little twist on it so my friends let's get cooking first we'll prep our blueberries in a small bowl we'll combine them with one tablespoon of
granulated sugar it's optional you don't have to do it but i think it gives a little more sweetness to the zabayoni if you go for it stir well and let it sit until ready to serve next in
a large bowl we'll add the remaining three tablespoons of sugar to the egg yolks and whisk until the mixture is smooth and no longer grainy it should take a couple minutes to this we'll add lemon cello and if you want to make it
from scratch and then a small pinch of flour of the set this is the brand i use and you can find it these days at most grocery stores and online as well we'll whisk for two minutes before moving on to the stove in a pot over
medium heat we'll add a little bit of water and bring it to a boil then reduce the heat to medium low and let it simmer gently then we'll place the bowl making sure the water doesn't touch the bottom and whisk constantly
until the mixture gets thick i like to lift my bowl once in a while so my yolks don't scramble but also to check on my water if it's still simmering gently and if not i increase the heat again eventually we'll see the custard
thicken and this is a good indication that we're almost there yes i know our arms hurt but who doesn't need some exercise right so it takes about 8 to 10 minutes when it looks similar to this we'll remove from the heat and
spoon the mixture over the blueberries top with some lemon zest and garnish with a mint leaf and my friends this is our zabayoni this rich italian dessert is simply incredible with only a few
ingredients and a good arm this delectable treat can be ready in about 15 minutes next time you're entertaining impress your guests by making this.
