Yes it is true but taking too much tea makes you very bad. It is my personal experience. When I took daily 2 time tea my mood was so hyper type. It is like a drug when you daily take 2 or 3 cup of tea then you did not live withoug taking tea. But taking tea with buscuits is always my first choice.
