Explain to you this way. There is one of the world's largest spot exchanges called ZB.com. It cooperated with a well-known stablecoin company to pledge ETH to obtain 2.0 rewards, and then issued QETH to allow users to participate. The advantage of this is that users can participate in the pledge mining of ETH2.0 without requiring 32 ETH, thereby obtaining rewards. So QETH is indeed ETH2.0.
