I love the electrifying and neon colour palette that you have used, those vibrant colours work really well together. I like the pattern created by your placement of the colours and making the outline a glowing pale blue has made a really good effect. The darker blues of the majority of the design contrasts the brighter colours beautifully making them stand out even more. The background and glow effect is a nice touch also!
