Hello Everybody!

The time you have all been waiting for has arrived! Week 19 of #zencolouringcontest ended earlier today, and now to announce the winners!

So without further ado, let's get on with the show(case)!

In 3rd place:

@integridad

I chose this one because of the originality of making the pattern into a constellation. There is great contrast of simplicity and complexity with the minimal use of colours and the addition of glowing stars and the background!

In 2nd place:

@fersu

I picked this one because of the very eye catching colour palette. The oranges and green really highlight and accent the pattern beautifully. The colours and the combination of the background and clever positioning of their own logo brings an Egyptian Symbol vibe to the piece!

And in 1st place:

@lildebbiecakes

I chose this one as the winner because of the gorgeous pattern created by the lush colour scheme. The transitioning shades of green and the yellow highlights create a very striking effect against the dark blue and black features of the insect. The effort and detail gone into hand drawing the background is also to be commended, it adds a lot of depth to the image and creates a beautiful scene!

The corresponding prize will be sent when the contest post pays out!

Hello @magiccleatus, I am so overwhelmed about you choosing my drawing as your first place winner. I never thought it would be possible to even receive a honorable mention, let alone a first place win. I agree with you about this particular weeks artwork that so many put out, that where so incredibly beautiful. Very hard to choose the overall winners I’m sure. I feel very blessed, thank you. And a congratulations to all other winners, your artwork is fantastic. I also would like to thank @sallybeth23 for her donations, bless you.
